Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Lucid Dreaming websites, the Lucider app, onboarding funnel, and related services operated by REAL FAST ENTERPRISES LLC (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have authority to accept these Terms.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for other users or the Service.

Lucider and The Lucid Dreaming provide educational and wellness tools related to lucid dreaming practice, dream journaling, sleep planning, reminders, and optional device integrations. Features may change over time.

Not medical advice. The Service is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic diagnosis or treatment. Do not use the Service as a substitute for professional care. If sleep practice worsens insomnia, anxiety, or daytime functioning, pause and prioritize recovery.

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as dream notes and audio). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and use that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you (including AI features you request). You represent that you have the rights to submit the content and that it does not violate law or others’ rights.

Paid features may be offered through:

• Web / funnel purchases processed by Stripe (or similar processors); and/or
• In-app purchases processed by Apple (App Store / In-App Purchase).

Prices, plans, and taxes may differ between web and App Store channels. App Store prices may be higher. Billing terms of the platform you use (Stripe/Apple) also apply.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the same channel where you subscribed. Canceling stops future renewal; it does not always refund the current period unless required by law or our Money-Back Policy.

Refunds for web/Stripe purchases are described in our Money-Back Policy. Refunds for Apple In-App Purchases are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms; request them through Apple.

• Do not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt systems.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not reverse engineer the Service except where allowed by law.
• Do not use the Service to provide medical advice to others or claim clinical results.

The Service, branding, and our original content are owned by REAL FAST ENTERPRISES LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials except as allowed by these Terms or with written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REAL FAST ENTERPRISES LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend and indemnify REAL FAST ENTERPRISES LLC from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Kentucky shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited by applicable consumer law.

We may update these Terms and will update the “Last updated” date. We may suspend or stop the Service or your access if needed for legal, security, or operational reasons. Provisions that should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.
